4 Real Estate was founded in 2006 by me Corey Barnes. I was a full-service brokerage in Columbus OH from 2006-2017. I have been in the real estate industry since 2002 and have sold hundreds of homes in and around Columbus. I have looked long and hard at the selling process for homeowners and have decided to shake the Real Estate industry up. Instead of a full-service brokerage charging sellers 6-7% to sell their homes I have decided to be a flat fee service brokerage. This will put more $$ in your pocket as the seller of the home.
