Q. Will my home have photos? Yes, you can either take the photos or when we are out placing the sign and lockbox we can take them.
Q. Will other real estate agents show my home? Yes, your home will be in the MLS which all real estate agents have access to. The agents will be able to setup showings through our state of the art showing service. You will be able to set times and allow or decline showings.
Q. What if I find a buyer myself? That's the great part. If you find a buyer who does not have a real estate agent then you are no longer paying 3% buyers agent fee. We can help you through the process for an additional fee of $1,000.
Q. Will there be a yard sign? Yes, we will place 2-yard signs.
Q. Will I have access to feedback from buyers? Yes, our showing services send the buyers agent 4 requests for feedback. When the agent provides the feedback you will be able to review it online.
Q. Will there be a lockbox on my home? Yes, we will place a secure electronic lock box on your home. Only licensed real estate agents will have access. Of course, you can set times for showings.
Q. Who handles the paperwork? We will go over and explain offers and counters to you. We will help guide you with text, phone, and email support. We will help set you up with a local title company as well.
